Plenty To Be THANKful For Challenge, Day 6: Your Favorite Thanksgiving Recipe

Manic Mother

Hello!  I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend.  Compared to last weekend, mine was incredibly relaxing and filled with some highlights which include:

"Breaking Dawn, Part 1" - I have to admit, I was expecting a little more, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless.  Until a girl in the theater got up, walked a few steps, and fainted right on top of my friends and I.  In the middle of the most important scene in the movie.  Pure disaster.

A run along the lake.  Sure, it wasn't super long, but it was a great way to start my Saturday.  6 miles, 9:17 average pace?  I'll take it!

A Christmas card photo shoot!  Oh, just you wait...it's going to look amazeballs! We're talking PROFESH, people.

Anywho, today's topic is "Your Favorite Thanksgiving Recipe".  And since I don't cook, like, AT ALL, I just figured y'all could check out is recipe for hot spiced wine...so yeah.  There's my contribution:)

  1. Fainted! Oh lord. I'm not expecting the greatest movie of all time, but since I've read the books and seen the other movies, this one is a must for me too.

A run along the lake sounds pretty nice.

I can't wait to see your Christmas photos!!

Hot spiced wine...I may need to try this!

So glad you had a nice weekend :)

  4. I just ran 6 miles for the first time last week, so to me it seems long! 9 minute time is very impressive!

I'm waiting for the Twi-Hards to move on before I see Part 1 in the theaters. Although the best part for me is laughing at the young ones and think yup, that used to be me!

  6. I'm SO glad that I wasn't the only one who thought Breaking Dawn was missing something. I was beginning to think I was a freak :).

  7. to be honest I'm not big on Thanksgiving food part of it is that I am a vegetarian so the main part of the meal doesn't hold that much appeal!

I can't believe a girl fainted on you in the movie theater! Dramatic indeed.
